P2P Solution to avoid portforwarding -- 2

Hi, we want to develop a solution so our IP devices and users App on LAN and WAN can find eachother without portforwarding. After findeing, they should be able to communicate in both directions. We need a developer who can create software at IP detector side, App side and server side. As simple and relaible as possible.

Most IP cameras support this solution to avoid port forwarding.
