Collect information in a more agile way, analyze the information based on certain parameters and prepare reports based on the information entered into the system to measure the quality of administrative records. This is for the purpose of evaluating the quality of administrative records and identifying problems with greater efficiency.

How it works
The system will have parameters that measure the quality of the administrative record to evaluate the records information of companies. The Companies must complete predetermined forms and based on the results the system must compare the parameters with the information that was placed and provide a result on the quality of it. In other words, the system will evaluate the quality of the companies' information (sources of information).

Description of modules
Registration: There are two types of users: Companies and the administrator.
Information capture: These are predetermined forms for the user to enter information.
Creation of forms: Ability for the administrator to modify the form information.
Graph reports: Statistical reports with the information entered.
Quality reports: Quality reports based on predetermined parameters.
The evaluation of the quality is done with 114 questions that evaluate diverse attributes of the statistical data. An attribute can be the "relevance of the information" and this is measured with x number of questions. The answers to these questions will yield a number and that number will indicate the relevance of the information, so the system must automatically calculate the quality using the result and the parameter.

Construction of forms: Creation of multiple functionalities such as date, numerical option, short or long text, multiple selection, single selection, among others.
Default forms: The user can open a new '' Project '' and see predetermined forms to enter information similar to surveys
Collaboration data collection: Each form allows to invite other collaborators and is synchronized in each of the mobile devices added.
Reports of results of forms: When the information of the forms is completed the system must give the automatic result.
Improvement proposal: Recommendations for improvements based on the results of the forms.
Real-time information: The progress of the project can be observed in real time.
Save process: The information that is typed can be saved and when it is opened again the application will remain in the last question that the user was working.
Data analysis: Construction of dynamic tables, interactive graphics and quality reports.
Secure storage: All information is stored in the cloud and synchronization is done automatically.
Data capture without internet (App): You can use the application, even if there is no internet connection.
Export of documents: Export data in PDF, excel, words, etc.
