We will develop a robust User Interface (UI) designed to facilitate the submission of payment requests while incorporating mandatory document validation checks. In the system's backend, a script will undertake the validation of uploaded documents and determine the approval or denial of requests in accordance with predefined rules. Concurrently, an automated notification mechanism will be deployed to disseminate updates to relevant stakeholders throughout the various stages of the process, including real-time alerts to the treasury analyst for funds verification. Additionally, the system will possess the capability to generate payment authorization letters automatically and orchestrate workflows for handling bank drafts and cheque payments. All financial transactions will be seamlessly posted in real-time to our ERP system, with the inclusion of digital signatories to ensure transaction authenticity. Furthermore, the system will accommodate notifications and document uploads pertaining to payment confirmations. The UI will offer clear visibility into the progression of requests and associated approvals. A secure document storage mechanism will be implemented, with robust integration ensuring data security in conjunction with bank systems.
