sub category no longer showing correctly after upgrading magento version from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3.8

I created a sub category [login to view URL], to show the sub category, however after upgrading the magento from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3.8 , the sub category page no longer showing correctly.
