We want to connect Suitecrm with our softswitch so we can have customer history, call reports and better control over customer support. With so many users the price for cloud on demand solutions is expensive.
Every user has its own extension and its own crm account.
Some users are part of ring groups(call popup on whole ring group and open CRM with customer data to the user that answear the phone call)
The DID number is set on our softswitch, we will use a SIP account or multiple SIP accounts for each user.
In Main PBX there are 10 sip devices (half of them are part of ring groups)
we need a sip dial pad (softphone as shown on your profile) integrated into suite crm and connected to our softswitch (Kolmisoft MOR)
we have the latest version of suitecrm 7.8.2 installed and we would like to add a dialer panel inside the suitecrm.
