Sync info from SQL database to a google database and build reporting platform

Looking for someone who can build an application that will run as a service on SQL server and sync tables to a google SQL database. Would also like to use the data that is inside of the Google SQL database for reporting, dashboards and more.

For the reporting piece, we are leaning toward AdminLTE ([url removed, login to view]) as the template. If you have something better, we are open to suggestions.

You should be able to do both parts of this project.

The way we would like for this all to work is the following.

User signs up on the reporting website. They are given a "ID" and "Key". User will then download the SQL Sync service and install. When installing, user will be required to enter the ID and Key. This will let the sync know that the data belongs to that user.

To start we only want 3 reports and 3 dashboard views created.

After we prove our concept, we will hire you again to maintain and add more reports, dashboards and etc.

Being that we have all of the data, this should be a simple sync service and a simple google sql database that ties into AdminLTE.
