I have downloaded a free responsive template for my Joomla 3 website. I need the template to be customized. It should be a very easy and fast project for experienced freelancer. I will need additional positions added, change fonts and colors, adjust columns size, troubleshoot any bad css, etc. I have the website loaded on local host, with Xammp. Al work will have to be done via Teamviewer, NO EXCEPTIONS.
