Tidy up code behind wordpress theme

I have a WP theme that was created for me on freelancer that I need tidying up. The Theme is needed for just one landing page for a dating site that links into a white label provider, but needs to allow changes in 6 places (Listed in the Landing page guide attached). At the moment the site looks fine as i want it to look cosmetically but needs the following few changes applying: 1) It needs to be responsive 2) The theme needs to be user friendly so that it can be uploaded and used easily through wp-admin on multiple sites 3) The latest members feed needs adding in and needs to be working correctly (I have the correct code attached) 4) A user guide needs providing 5) The theme needs renaming as 'WLD Theme' with a new default theme picture (Attached 'WLD Theme [login to view URL]' and all references to legacy websites needs removing from the code, it then needs to be saved as a .zip theme that can be uploaded to another wordpress installation. 6) I need the ability to change the menu bar colours at the top 7) I need the ability to be able to amend all images on the site easily a) logo b) main picture of girl lying down c) picture on the left of the text in the middle d) picture on the right of the text in the middle 8) I need to be able to change the background colours in the members area at the footer and the sign up box next to the main picture. i want the site layout to carry on looking like it does now [login to view URL] I have attached user guides supplied from the white label company Also the members feed code and other documents including the user guide that was provided last time when the theme was created but it is not user friendly.
