I am a brokerage or 3PL company that needs a system that will allow carriers to view, bid on, or accept shipments, track payments and self-invoice. Allows my customers will track shipments, print their own invoices & POD's, enter orders, view quotes, accept quotes. Down the road I would also like a mobile app for them check on things on iPhone or Android app.
I also want this to be able to be used to create orders, put in pickup location, delivery location and rates, along with quantities, PO#s, etc.
Lastly, I also want this to be able to be a one-stop shop where we can have employees or agents enter in customer information, or prospect information and be able to enter notes, etc.
Basically, I want this to be a system like Aljex combined with Hubspot
