Multi Lingual Travel Agency portal is needed where the following sections should be available; 1)Hotels Where admin can add general hotel information manually or through a Channel Manager (room availability is not required) If More than 4 rooms are requested at once, system shall not accept and redirect to GROUPS (note nr 5 below) 2)Tours To be added manually with possibility of creating different categories 3) Services To be added manually with possibility of creating different categories 4) Tickets To be added manually with possibility of creating different categories 5) Group Bookings If more than 4 rooms are requested by agents or visitors, a quotation request form shall be emailed to the travel agency. Further more: Admin shall have possibility to create sub-admins groups such as Tour operators, sales team, billing department, hotel reservation managers, etc, where privileges and access levels should be based on each and every aspect as "No access, read only, add new, Edit, delete" Each sub admin group shall see a different dash board depending on there permissions. Admin shall also be able to create "Sub agency" and grant a "discount level" either in % or Fixed amount for each different service/section separately (e.g. a sub agent might get 5% discount on hotel bookings, but only 7$ for each transfer service) Sub agents shall be able to pay either through Credit Card, or through already available balance. Visitors shall be able to pay "cash on arrival", bank transfer, or Credit Card online. Everything to be logged. Flexible report functions are requested as for example to answer questions as: How many X trips where paid through Credit Cards under the period xx-yy" Or: "What orders did Sub agent X do under period xx-yy" Laravel framework is requested.
