WE need to develop a system to accept and make and handle phone calls from twilio (NO sms required) and give reporting about the calls answered and dialed while having multiple agents can go online and offline at anytime.
all of this should be in one platform, but then integrated to zendesk support (only creating tickets for the calls and adding the recorded audio link to the tickets with details of the calls).
