WC Vendors Woocomerce plugins

Hello,

for first Please to your proposal write price for both of plugin together. But to proposal description write price also separately for each plugin.

i need to code two small plugins for wordpress with woocomerce and wc vendors plugins ([login to view URL]). Both of plugins has opensource versions which i want to use.

So plugin 1:

Create wc vendors withdrawal form in vendor frontend dashboard. Vendor must see how much he can get (total count of orders marked as completed). In vendor dashboard may have form with withdrawal request amount field. All withdrawal request must be managed in backend admin dashboard. (something like woocomerce order management). Withdrawal request must be automatically created if payments scheduled and setted to week/ month and etc. Withdrawal form must working must also work separately. So for example user will have option to request withdraw money manually, or money will be sent once a month. In vendor profile must be ability to add bank account info.

Plugin 2:

Add ability to users to rate and review vendors. Also option to allow this functionality, only if user bought any product from vendor.
