We want a web based program that will allow a receptionist to train using various phone call scenarios for example: and angry customer, a confused customer, a customer asking about a specific product, etc. The demo caller would be pre-recorded. the user will be provided a scripted response which can be changed by the company owners.
The user would choose the scenario they want to practice. when it opens the phone will ring. the user will answer reading the text script provided and hit a "continue" button when finished. Then the pre-recoeded caller will say the next line for example " Hi I would like to purchase ...: the user will then read the text script response and hit continue. this will proceed until the call is completed.
