Website Payment Integration (Hong Kong, China company and bank)

I'm looking for a PHP developer who is familiar with integrating payment merchants into websites. The Hong Kong-owned website needs to implement a way to collect payments and sign up for subscriptions with a free trial. The site currently uses Stripe, but I'm looking for a reliable alternative in Hong Kong and China. The hired freelancer will be working with the lead developer who implemented Stripe and created/integrated the database. All SQL and database integration will be handled by the Lead Developer. Someone with experience in PHP payment processing integration is desired.
Update:
I am not asking for anything other than merchant (API) code: initiate/cancel subscription with potential free trial, accept payment, capture any updates from customer (adding a payment method)
for example, if this were a Stripe request, you would provide the API key authorization PHP line of code, the create customer line of code, create payment line of code, create subscription line of code (perhaps with free trial), cancel subscription line of code, and the web hook page capturing updates with PHP variables
I offer high volume, low price group classes. Poeple who sign up for a group class and then dispute with the bank can cost me more than the price of the class, so the selected merchant must not have dispute (chargeback) fees. This is very common in the marketplace internationally. We don't work to fund bank jobs in the United States through dispute fees
For example, a US Navy military mob signs up for a group class at $5 USD per person, and they all dispute it with their navy bank and get the disputes approved by their banks. If the dispute (chargeback) fee is $25 USD per dispute, the company could get hit with a ton of money in disputes for a $5 USD per person class.
No frameworks and no javascript! The whole site is 100% custom built with PHP and no javascript, with the exceptions of jscharts, sending SMTP emails (PHPMailer), and Stripe API payment integration. No 3rd party libraries are used, not even composer. This makes the site super safe and unhackable.
