Once reviewed office we should be able to issue a contract to the user that if possible be auto-filled and then re-uploaded. Each applicant should be registered in the back-office and a folder should be created for each applicant identifiable by email address. All documents submitted by that applicant should go into their individual folder. Applicant upon contract signing will be instructed to pay their fee. First 3 months of $199 will be paid at that time, the re-occurring debits of $199.99 per month. Each year they will be prompted 90 days prior to their anniversary day that thy will automatically renew their contract, unless they click on the prompted to end their contract.
