We are a legal firm funded office in responsible of the development of a legal portal site. We have our website layout defined and we are looking for programmers to finish the work for us. We have the database structure defined as well, using MySQL. we have prepared aspecification if pdf (see attachment) which fully explains our planned website business logic. We expect the programming to be done in PHP. Securiy issues must also be considered. All source code and design layout shall be delivered to us anytime at our request duriing the course of development.
