whmcs add on updates with cron optimization

Hi I am looking for someone familiar with WHMCS add on development. There are a few bugs we are encountering that i need someone familiar to quickly resolve 1. Every 5 Minutes we see the following error in the activity log. 22/04/2017 18:15 problem in importing [login to view URL] is required([login to view URL] cron) eugenesim Action Required: Find the root cause, explain why it happens and resolve it. 2. We have a 3rd party module that manages activecampaign account setup and termination. After we upgrade whmcs core, we seem to be experiencing some errors. I have provided the documentation for the script attached. Module Terminate Failed - Service ID: 1053 - Error: You need to be logged in to use this action. Action Required: Find the root cause and why upgrading whmcs core affects the script? We will need to find a permanent solution and document all technical changes. 3. Check cron settings. I notice sometimes alerts are very frequent e.g twice in the same duration 22/04/2017 18:20 Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Could not authenticate. Check through line by line with me. Then check the current whmcs cron setting is there duplicate and currently how freuqently it checks. Compare this with current whmcs recommendations. Note: I require technical documentation for all script or changes made. All add on if created should not affect the whmcs upgradability Interested Bidders must 1. Indicate past experience 2.
