Widget for my website

We need a widget that takes the credit card number inputted by a user on one website, and processes it thru a payment gateway on a different website. The widget should (during checkout) perform the following functions:
(1) let users input credit/debit card info,
(2) scrape purchase amount from cart,
(3) send credit card data and purchase amount to the payment gateway on other website and run it,
(4) identify if credit card was approved or decline,
(5) display message in widget on original website stating the card was approved or declined, and
(6) send notice via email to merchant that payment was approve or declined
