I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using PHP. Basically it's a LMS ,where a system admin will type all the details given from teachers or [login to view URL] results,attendance,tests,chat feature, events,etc should be shown in web, android and iOS respectively. suggest such technology to achieve this project so that there would be no compromise in terms of performance of app. price is not an issue unless it's quoted reasonable,keep in mind that app shall be serving 1million users so the design and flow of the project must be execptionally good. only high expirienced freelancers are supposed to quote .
