WooCommerce Issue

Hi,

I have an issue with my website. We used to have a WooCommerce store, but have redirected all the links and removed it. However, when attempting to uninstall (disabling) the plugin the website is just a black screen. When I re-activate it, the site returns to normal. I'm not sure if this is because I have custom css in the header and theme back end, or what. However, it's an issue I want to address so we can remove the plugin properly.

Added to this, I can't offer FTP access so the developer needs to be able to spot the problem or help me find the problem without access.
