wordpress php customization

have an existing Wordpress website that needs some php customization and coding Its a property listing website. 1 - currently users can sign up as owner or tenant, we need the word 'owner' renamed as manager or property manager (owner of property will email us all details or we will gather info over a call and we will add properties on behalf of owner) 2 - owner should have limited access to the property added such as turning it on or off, changing amenities - all these are already coded, we need a mechanism to give restricted access to owner, may be using a simple reg form or a contact form, give ideas 3 - we need a new custom type called partners created where we list partners for pick up and drop, laundry, breakfast etc for each property and this has to be accessible only to managers of property 4 - we have developed a custom widget that is hooked to properties in front-end, owners should be able to access this area only where they can control widget features, if we add any future features, they should automatically be accessible by owner.
