WordPress Plugin - Bulk Ping URL to Google Search Engine Console

I am looking for a WordPress Developer to create a custom Plugin for me. The purpose of the plugin is to automatically submit URLs to Google Search Console.
NOTE: Please read all functions.
Preferred Method of Integration:
- The plugin should be integrated as a WordPress plugin with settings.
- I will use this plugin in multiple websites. It should work in any website.
Features:
- The plugin should have the functionality to automatically ping URLs to Google Search Console once a day. Process only 200 URL's per day (API Limits). Main function.
- The plugin should have an Optional option to Add multiple Google API's and Rotate the API's when 200 URL's has been Pinged, so we can Ping 600 URL's when necessary instead of 200. Be able to Enable/Disable this option. If we Disabled, only Ping only 200 URL's, if Enable Ping 600 URL's.
- Auto remove URL's from the list after URL's are Pinged to Google.
- Display all "Pinged URL's" in a separate section with Pagination (Display 100 URL's per section).
- The plugin should provide feedback on the indexing status of URLs to check if URL's are a ready indexed) in the same Pinged URL Section. (Auto Update index status every 24 hours). If URL's are indexed, display a message text: “Indexed” next to the URL
Pinged Section should have 2 Tab: URL and Status, display URL's address under the URL Tab, and display Indexed status under the Status Tab.
If URL is indexed, display: FOUND – if URL is not indexed, display: NO FOUND
- The plugin should be easy to use and user-friendly.
- It should have an intuitive interface to Add URLs.
- The plugin must allow me to add 30K to 50K URLs.
- Option to add multiple Proxies IP (Optional). Rotate the Proxy after every 200 Ping URL's. Be able to Enable/Disable this option. When Enable, use the proxies, if Disable use default server IP.).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in WordPress plugin development.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console API.
- Clear Coding and add Comments if possible.
- Familiarity with URL submission and indexing.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and successful submission of URLs.
Note: We will provide a Live website for testing if necessary.
