Wordpress Theme Customization & Development

We are developing a custom theme (or plugin) and we want some help with development. We will handle all CSS but you will be responsible to for main development coding and overall layout (font size, colors, padding, margins, etc will be done by our CSS master... not you) OVERALL IDEA: An online presentation. So think of going into a room and pitching a new idea to a new client while holding your laptop. We want a full screen slideshow that can handle all kinds of web elements using Visual Composer. So you click next/previous to take the user through the slides. If there is a plugin that can handle this AWESOME. If you want to develop a plugin instead of a theme.. perfect. We just need this to work. If you do not know visual composer, please do not bid. ***Important Features** - Individual, custom Theme (can start from a premium template if needed) - Each Page or Post is a fullscreen slide— something like this would be AWESOME: [login to view URL] - Visual composer is fully compatible and displays properly ( so if using above as concept, visual composer MUST work..) - Arrows on both sides of the slide navigate between slides - Slides can be dragged to re-order in backend - Pages are fully responsive (works with phone/tablet) - Elements within slides remain clickable (if charts or graphs are interactive) - Password protection of individual sites - Multi-Site Index Page - Each Site is represented with a featured image in a grid - Sites can be hidden from main page - Index page is login protected (Upon login user may access all sites)
