Wowza broadcasting with PHP

We have a website where users can register and will be able to stream videos through Wowza using webcam or softwares like Open Broadcaster or Xsplit, etc, like [url removed, login to view]

you must make it so that (in PHP mainly):

- after registering, the member is given a secure token or personnal code that he can paste in the software so nobody can "hjijack" his stream, something like "live_USERNAME_sd4f89z7er6sd54f89ze7r", in a SECURE way.

- stream can be RECORDED on servers depending on users choice (yes/no) in a directory like YYYY/MM/DD/[username]/[url removed, login to view] so we can play it Video On Demand later.

- stream must be CROSSPLATFORM (desktop, apple iOS, android, etc)

- streams must be ADAPTATIVE BITRATE, also the the visitor can decide video quality (on the video player) of the live broadcast. Like if he has good internet speed we show 1080p by default, if he is on iphone we show 720p by default, etc.

- streams must be ANTILEECH. nobody must be able to copy/paste stream url on other website (except with embed code)

- we can see how many VIEWERS are watching the stream (Ajax? NodeJS?), SINCE how long the member is streaming, and when and how long he has streamed LAST time.

- script must be multipleserver and loadbalance "ready".

- script must be indented and commented, no obfuscation.

Please note:

- servers are Debian 7, with php5, mysql5.5, ffmpeg (libx264), python2.7, nginx, Wowza 4 (Trial version)
