Yahoo Japan Auction Auto Bid Script

I'm Serious project trender:

Build a simple page which need to fill in the following fields

- Yahoo auction item URL

- highest bid price

- place bid date and time / remain time (e.g. last 10 mins)

- If some user id place bid on same item, need to switch other user id place bid.

- Using PHP

P/S: this page will be protected by .htaccess

The programme also needs to have Japan Yahoo account and I will provide for it.
