Zapier Help Order Status to Only Pull When Processing

We have zapier zaps running to pull our orders however we need to fix 2 things. Currently zap runs off order created.

1. We need to get it to only pull none pending/timeout/cancelled orders as currently pulls all statuses so basically processing / bank transfers on hold. So this bit we have added on test zap by telling it to only run when status = processing. So this should solve part of it , however it doesn't the fact an order can be pending for little while then change to processing so will miss these. So thinking we need 2nd zap which looks for status changes and does something like runs when status changes to processing from pending, however we don't want duplicate orders on the file.

Where by it runs first one with status of processing and then runs 2nd zap status changing from pending to processing. So we need someone who can make sure we no dupe orders and only orders that are:

processing

bank transfer that on hold

credit/paypal that processing (not pending/cancelled/timeout etc):

Ideally we want someone who built this for someone previously and can be quickly as common enough woocommerce zap request.

2. We want to pull into paid column the paid amount but paid status on COD also puts full amount as paid when it's not obviously paid so we need something like below:

When payment method is Stripe/Paypal pull payment status amount

When payment method is Cash On Delivery or Bank Return blank
