Project Summary:

I am seeking a swimming coach from USA to visit India for 3 to 6 weeks to train competitive swimmers. The ideal candidate should have experience working with advanced swimmers who are training for competitions. Preference will be given who produced Olympic level swimmers.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience coaching advanced swimmers

- Strong understanding of competitive swimming techniques and strategies

- Ability to develop personalized training programs for each swimmer

- Knowledge of proper stroke mechanics and training methods

- Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire and encourage swimmers to reach their full potential

Project Deliverables:

- Design and implement a comprehensive training program for advanced swimmers

- Provide personalized coaching sessions to improve technique and increase performance

- Track and monitor swimmers' progress and make adjustments to training plans as needed

- Provide guidance and support during competitions to ensure swimmers are prepared and perform at their best
