Fix my pinescript code for HTF levels

I'm looking for someone to fix my pinescript code. The problem I am having is incorrect calculations. The desired output that I want from the code is High Time Frame (HTF) levels - daily / weekly / monthly. My script works when I set D TF on tradingview and it shows D levels, when I set W TF and it shows W levels, when I set M TF and it shows M levels (you can see in attached files, script shows these levels alright on concrete TFs). But if set 1D TF or 4hr or lower and I wanna show all D-W-M levels together, it doesnt work well. Also I would like to create alert for these naked HTF levels. When price touch D/W/M level, TV activates alert.
