TradingView Alert Setup

On tradingview i want to be able to set an alert that triggers when the latest price bar thats been printed on any timeframe i choose is larger than a previous amount of bars before it either by % or stritcly by price i want to have that option to change and the option to change the lookback on how many bars i want to go back...at bar close is fine but if possible to have the option for it to trigger as soon as bar passes straight away, i need it to be in either direction as well so just say a 100 dollar positive bar is the largerst bar then i need the alert to trigger if i get a negative or postive bar larger than that one
