I need a seasoned PLC developer to build a library of modular, fully-commented control programs that run flawlessly on both Siemens (TIA Portal and LOGO!) and Allen Bradley/ Rockwell (CCW) hardware. Each block should drop straight into a new project, adapt quickly to different I/O counts, and preserve three core benefits I must have: easy customization, noticeably improved functionality, and measurable efficiency gains. Here is the scope in more detail: • Write, test, and document reusable ladder or structured-text routines for common control-panel tasks—motor starts, VFD control, alarm handling, PID loops, network comms, HMI tag mapping, etc. • Validate code against wiring schematics, P&IDs, sequence charts, and any functional-design specs I supply. • Where helpful, incorporate best-practice add-on instructions, faceplates, or UDTs so future projects can be configured rather than rewritten. • Provide clear versioned files and a brief implementation guide so my in-house team can extend the templates without your intervention. Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with Omron, Unitronics, Mitsubishi, IMO PLCs and VFD brands like Schneider, Bosch, or Siemens, as some projects may branch out later. Acceptance will be based on a live software simulation or short onsite FAT showing that a sample panel can be commissioned with minimal parameter changes.

As an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in PLC development, I am confident that I have the skills and expertise necessary to deliver exceptional results for your project. I specialize in modular design, which aligns perfectly with your needs for adaptable ladder or structured-text routines, easily customizable for different projects. My ability to work with a range of hardware and software platforms including Siemens (TIA Portal and LOGO!) and Allen Bradley/ Rockwell (CCW) demonstrates both my versatility and mastery of these PLC systems. In addition to understanding your requirements, I like the thoroughness you've outlined in validating code against various functional standards such as wiring schematics, P&IDs, sequence charts, et cetera. This is something I prioritize in all my projects. Adopting best-practices such as utilizing add-on instructions and UDTs is also an essential part of my approach as it ensures that future projects can be configured rather than rewritten.

Hi I am an embedded systems engineer with over 16 years of experience in PLC controls, industrial automation, control panels and commissioning. I have worked with Siemens TIA Portal/LOGO! and Allen Bradley/Rockwell environments, including modular ladder/ST routines for motors, VFDs, alarms, PID loops, comms and HMI tag structures. For this project I would focus on making the blocks genuinely reusable: clear comments, configurable I/O counts, consistent naming, versioned files, and a short implementation guide so your in-house team can extend the templates later. I can also validate the logic against schematics, P&IDs and sequence charts, then support simulation or FAT so the sample panel can be commissioned with minimal parameter changes. I also have broader automation experience with VFD integration and multi-vendor control systems, so if future projects branch into Omron, Mitsubishi, Unitronics or other drives, I can help keep the library structure consistent instead of starting again. A few useful details would be the exact Siemens and AB hardware models, preferred ladder vs structured text split, and whether you already have naming/tag standards or HMI faceplate conventions. Please contact me to discuss details.

As a seasoned automation professional, I can confidently say that I have the skills and experience to tackle your project head-on. With extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in PLC programming, from Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Siemens to even Toyopuc, I am well-equipped to handle Siemens (TIA Portal and LOGO!) and Allen Bradley/Rockwell (CCW) hardware for your modular control library. Throughout my career, I have written and implemented reusable ladder or structured-text routines similar to those you're seeking, such as motor starts, VFD control, alarm handling, PID loops and network comms. Each routine painstakingly documented with a keen focus on adaptability and scalability. Additionally, my well-versed understanding of add-on instructions, faceplates or UDTs boosts efficiencies in future projects. Moreover, I'm adept at using various brands of VFDs including Schneider, Bosch and Siemens. This breadth of knowledge strengthens my candidacy for your project as it presents future-proofing opportunities for expanding into new brands that you may require. My goal would be to provide you with clear versioned files and implementation guidelines that empower your in-house team to extend the templates without intervention. Let me showcase my capabilities further in a live software simulation or an on-site FAT

I specialize in system design, programming, integration, and troubleshooting for industrial automation projects, including reusable Siemens/Allen-Bradley modular libraries for Automation. PLC programming and configuration (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.) with drop-in ladder/ST blocks for Motor Control, VFDs, alarms, PID, comms, and HMI tags. Design and implementation of control logic and HMI interfaces that your team can parameterize rather than rewrite. Integration with sensors, actuators, and other industrial equipment, validating against schematics, P&IDs, sequence charts, and specs. System testing, debugging, and optimization through simulation/FAT, with attention to PCB Layout constraints where panel hardware interfaces require clean I/O mapping. Would it help most if the first deliverable is a proven motor/VFD template with alarms, HMI tags, and Siemens/Rockwell versions for your team to review? Documentation, including electrical schematics, PLC logic diagrams, and user manuals, plus versioned files and an implementation guide. On-site support and commissioning (if required) - Anastasiia

Hi, you need PLC templates that reduce commissioning time without forcing your team to rewrite logic for each new panel. The key detail is cross-platform reuse across TIA Portal, LOGO!, and CCW, with acceptance tied to simulation or FAT rather than file handoff only. I will build modular motor, VFD, alarm, PID, comms, and HMI mapping routines with clear parameters, comments, versioned files, and an implementation guide. Each block will be tested against your schematics, P&IDs, sequence charts, and functional specs so future projects can be configured faster with fewer site changes. Which platform should be treated as the master template first: Siemens TIA Portal or Allen Bradley CCW? Best Regards, Fizza Nadeem K
