Develop Pharmaceutical SCADA Application in COPA-DATA zenon (21 CFR Part 11)

We are looking for an experienced COPA-DATA zenon SCADA developer for a pharmaceutical automation project. The project involves upgrading an existing HMI system to a zenon SCADA solution with support for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Scope of Work: • Develop a zenon SCADA application from project specifications. • Configure communication with the existing PLC. • Design professional SCADA screens. • Configure alarms, trends, and historical data. • Implement user management and role-based access. • Configure audit trail and electronic signatures. • Configure recipe management (if required). • Generate reports and event logs. • Support FAT and debugging. • Provide complete project source files and documentation. Required Skills: • Strong experience with COPA-DATA zenon Engineering Studio. • Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated industries. • Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and audit trail implementation. • Experience with PLC communication (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, etc.). • Experience configuring alarms, historian, user management, and reports. Preferred: • Previous pharmaceutical SCADA projects. • Experience implementing electronic signatures and audit trails in zenon. • Ability to provide references or screenshots of similar projects.
