Work will be coordinated during low-traffic hours to keep business interruptions to a minimum. After each visit, I’ll need a brief digital report summarising what was inspected, any issues found, and the corrective steps you took or recommend. When you respond, focus on your experience with commercial-grade systems—especially any background working on high-use restrooms, kitchens, or mechanical rooms.
