You’ll be on-site for the full conference schedule, coordinating with my team so you’re always in the right place for keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking sessions, product demos, and crowd interactions. After the event, I’ll rely on you for full post-production: selecting the best clips, colour-grading, mixing audio, and adding licensed background music that reinforces the professional tone. Deliverables • 3–5 minute highlight video in 4K (H.264 + ProRes master) • Clean transcripts + SRT captions for social snippets • Up to three rounds of revisions within one week of first cut • All raw footage and project files transferred on completion I’ll shortlist freelancers whose portfolios demonstrate previous corporate event coverage with crisp visuals and smooth storytelling.
