My Ubuntu server already hosts [login to view URL] on Virtualmin/Webmin, and that domain now scores a perfect 10/10 on Mail-Tester thanks to its properly tuned DKIM, DMARC and SPF records. I have just registered [login to view URL] and purchased a second public IP that must be reserved exclusively for this new domain’s outbound mail. What I need from you • Show me, step by step, how to add [login to view URL] in Virtualmin/Webmin/Postfix so that it sends from its own dedicated IP while the existing domain keeps using its current address. • Generate and publish the DKIM key, create the SPF and DMARC records, and verify that everything propagates correctly. I do need help with these DNS updates. • Walk me through all the mail-server tweaks (interface bindings, Postfix transport maps, etc.) required so that each domain always signs and transmits through its assigned IP. • Confirm success by reaching 10/10 on Mail-Tester for the new domain, just as the first one already does. Environment details – Ubuntu (latest LTS) – Virtualmin/Webmin control panel – Postfix + Dovecot stack – Two public IPv4 addresses available Acceptance criteria 1. [login to view URL] appears as a fully functional virtual server in Virtualmin. 2. Outbound messages from each domain originate solely from their respective IP. 3. DKIM, SPF and DMARC records for [login to view URL] are live and pass all checks. 4. Mail-Tester score reports 10/10 without warnings. Please focus on clear, reproducible instructions I can follow in the future; remote execution is fine as long as you document every step you take.

✔️ I have strong experience with Ubuntu, Virtualmin/Webmin, Postfix, Dovecot, DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and can configure the second domain with its own dedicated outbound IP without affecting the existing mail setup. ✔️ I’ll configure the Virtualmin virtual server, Postfix IP/interface binding and transport/routing rules so each domain consistently sends through its assigned public IP. ✔️ I’ll handle DKIM key generation, SPF/DMARC DNS records and all required DNS updates, then verify propagation, reverse DNS, SMTP authentication and mail delivery. ✔️ I’ll test both domains independently and work toward the same 10/10 Mail-Tester result, while documenting every configuration change and command so you can reproduce the setup later. I can perform the work remotely and provide a clear step-by-step handover covering Virtualmin, Postfix, DNS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC and troubleshooting. best regards

Hi there! I have **10 years of web/server administration experience** and can configure your second domain with its own dedicated outbound IP while keeping the existing domain and mail configuration untouched. I’ll handle the **Virtualmin virtual server setup, Postfix IP routing/bindings, DKIM generation, SPF and DMARC DNS records**, then verify DNS/authentication and mail routing. I’ll also document each change clearly so you can reproduce the setup for future domains. The goal will be to have both domains consistently sending through their assigned IPs and get the new domain to the requested **Mail-Tester 10/10**, subject to DNS/rDNS and IP reputation being correctly configured. Could you confirm whether you also have control of the **PTR/rDNS for the new public IP**? Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.com/u/atifuiux Warm regards, Muhammad Atif LA

Hello, are both public IPs already configured on Ubuntu, and can your provider set the new IP's reverse DNS/PTR? Which Virtualmin and Postfix versions are installed, and who manages the DNS zone? Could we first review the current sender routing and DKIM setup so the existing domain remains unchanged, then test each domain's outbound IP and authentication separately? Would you fund one 100% Freelancer milestone, released after you verify the routing, DNS tests and documented setup?

With over 17 years of enterprise systems engineering experience, I specialize in web hosting control panels like Virtualmin/Webmin, complex IP routing, and secure mail server configurations for infrastructures scaling up to thousands of users. I will cleanly map your new domain to its dedicated IP and ensure your mail delivery is flawless. I will guide you step-by-step through the following execution plan: * **Dedicated IP Allocation:** Bind the new dedicated IP address to your Virtualmin server and configure the virtual host to utilize this IP exclusively. * **DNS & Deliverability Setup:** Configure correct A, MX, and reverse DNS (PTR) records, alongside robust SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure maximum email deliverability. * **Mail Server Walkthrough:** Conduct a detailed walkthrough of Postfix/Dovecot configuration within Webmin, explaining how to manage mailboxes, SSL certificates, and secure SMTP/IMAP ports. * **Testing & Verification:** Run comprehensive propagation and mail-flow tests to verify that the domain sends and receives mail perfectly from its dedicated IP. To ensure we set things up correctly, does your hosting provider require PTR (Reverse DNS) records to be set up through their management portal, or do we have direct delegation control over the IP space?
