i’ve done very similar recently, cleaning and extending Dynamics 365 CE with data migration + Power Automate. Are your legacy sources SQL/Excel or another CRM? Do you already use Dataverse native tables or custom entities heavily? I suggest using Dataflows + staging tables for migration because it keeps imports clean and repeatable. I also suggest enforcing solution layering with managed solutions because it avoids breaking Prod during updates. I will first audit your CE schema and data quality issues.
