I need assistance creating two Microsoft Power Automate flows that will connect to my Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Cloud. Flow 1: This flow will trigger daily at 9 am. It should retrieve all tickets that have gone unassigned for over 48 hours and send these to my escalation team via Microsoft Teams. Flow 2: Also triggering daily at 9 am, this flow should retrieve all tickets from a specific group that are assigned to a technician but still unresolved (i.e., marked as 'new' or 'in progress'). Ideal candidates should have: - Experience with Microsoft Power Automate - Familiarity with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Cloud - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams for notification purposes Please note: - The first flow should send messages to the escalation team that include the ticket ID, creation date, summary, and requester details, date created, priority, link to the ticket, status - Authentication will be done using an API key. i already have a refresh token which i can use to connect to Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Cloud I look forward to working with you on this project.
