Reporting of Group policy object in Active Directory

Job Description:
The Policy analyzer tool from Microsoft only shows/export the Policy settings. The settings can also be imported into csv files and also it gives the option to compare the settings. But it does not read the GPP setting in the Group policy object. Therefore I am looking for a expert who can provide me with a solution to export the GPP settings into CSV file and compare the settings of different policies. Exactly the same method what Policy analyzer does for Policies, I need a solution to have the GPP settings as csv file and an option to compare it between different objects.
following tasks are required:-
1). all the settings of the GPO should be listed in a csv file.
2). All the GPP settings need to be listed in a csv file.
3). to be able to compare the GPP settings between different policies.
