Job Description:

I want to automate TFS 2018 repository creation using Power Shell and REST API. I am expecting to have a dashboard kind of thing so that any user in my TFS AD group can visit [login to view URL] and create repositories on their own.

To test this on my computer:

I Should also be able to simply execute the power shell script on my console to create Repository.
