Hi,Custom precast concrete floor design — rebar layout, load-carrying capacity calculations, and iterating on your specific idea — is work I handle regularly. I've designed waffle-slab precast/reinforced concrete floor systems for residential complexes up to 25,000 m² across 13 floors, so working through custom precast geometry and reinforcement sizing with you is familiar territory. Given the back-and-forth nature of the work and your budget constraints, I'm open to a lower hourly rate for this kind of iterative collaboration — happy to discuss a number once I understand the scope better.
