Partial Shipping Option for Prestashop 1.6

I need to modify my prestashop store 1.6 in order to have the ability to let customer choose while ordering if they want partial shiping or not.
Here is the process :
If the order amount is above a treshold set in our shop settings, and the order contains some products that are not available a check box is displayed at the shipment step saying that they want available products to be shipped immediatly and the remaining when available.
When the order is paid, we want that the unavailable products are removed from the order and a linked order is created with unavailable products.
This way we can ship the order in two times.
Here is what we want to customize :
- Activate/Deactivate this functionality
- Set the treshold amount
- Set the Displayed message next to the checkbox
- Choose the status of the initial order when paid
- Choose the status of the linked order when paid
These features should be integrated in Prestashop as à module. If you need more information just let me know
