Film Financing Investor Booklets

I’m producing two print–ready PDFs that will land directly in the hands of potential film investors, so they must be both visually striking and flawlessly prepared for the press. The first booklet walks readers through the fundamentals of film financing—equity, tax incentives, waterfalls, and the essential jargon every newcomer needs. The second pushes further into advanced strategies such as gap loans, slate funding, pre-sales, completion bonds, and other sophisticated structures, all supported by real-world case studies and performance snapshots. I’m after a creative, artistic look that still whispers “premium”: bold imagery, clean typography, elegant infographics, and page layouts that feel as cinematic as the projects they promote. Deliverables • Two full-colour, print-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed) • Packaged InDesign (or equivalent) source files with fonts and linked assets • All charts, graphics, and case-study callouts designed to match the visual theme Acceptance criteria: each PDF must pass my printer’s pre-flight check without modification and reflect the agreed design aesthetic. I’ll provide all raw text, figures, and reference materials—your job is to structure, polish, and design them into compelling, press-ready booklets.
