Hi There! I am an experienced product designer for over 15years with a proven track record in the consumer electronics space with Solidwork. I developed a lot of electric consumer products from concept to mass production, including 3D modeling and prototyping. My expertise lies in concept design understanding industry design language and future design for manufacturing, design for quality and cost. I`m expert with solid knowledge of knowledge of manufacture process of plastic molding, aluminum extrusion, CNC process, die casting and sheet metal. Besides, I have extensive experience of thermal design, ESD, EMC and PCBA stack-up. Take the development of game controller for example, the product is compact design with 60LEDs display. The innovative of this product is the display is visible when power on and it is not visible when power off, which it can save cost than the normal display. It is full of challenge to ensure the light of each LEDs is as uniform as possible. The thermal management within slim design especially when it is hand-held consumer products is full of challenge as well. We fixed these problems within tight schedule by a couple of DOEs. The product I developed seems very close the idea you would like to achieve. I`m detail-oriented person and critical thinker.
