I want a program that randomizes a preflop situation (gives you a random card combination, puts you in a position on a 6 max table, creates a scenario-course of action), offers a couple of solutions and then checks if the answer is correct or not, based on my preflop charts. Essentialy, the program would have 3 columns and it would pick out 1 element from each category and check if my answer is correct. All columns plus the answer base would ideally be in an easily corrected format, so I could make my own adjustments later on, with different preflop ranges etc.
the program picks 4h3h out of column 1, picks BB from column 2, picks SB opens from column 3. It should just give instructions: 4h3h, BB, SB opens then give 3 options: fold/call/raise.
answer base: According to the BB- 3bet chart vs SB below, the correct option would be raise.

column 1: TcTd, column 2: CO, column 3: (slightly trickier-because the hand combination and position have to be within the ranges, for example 2s3c wouldn't work here, as it's not a CO open by default, so this exact situation would never exist) call vs SB 3bet
answer base: same chart as before, let's say the chart is called CO - call vs 3bet, so the answer would be call
I hope the requirements are clear, if not feel free to ask me more about it.
No graphic interface is required, it can be all text based. I also don't care what programming language you use, it's completely up to you.
Some basic poker knowledge is necessary, as it's easier to understand the situations given.
