I am moving my application from NT4 to Windows XP and it was written in Com/Win32 and w/ mfc. I am concerned there are many functions that were changed from NT4 to XP and it will not work. The application tests drivers and communications, so I fear many different parts won’t work.
I am looking for someone to provide a list of function that are no longer available under XP.
It should cover: COM/DCOM code, Win32 code, MFC code, User/Kernel mode Drivers.
I am guessing it would be a few pages of work.
Coding not required, but if you know how I will need someone to do that later.
Past NT 4 experience strongly desired.
