We require a freelancer to partner with us in our 'group buying' division through a Business Process Outsourcing arrangement.
You will be required to manage the operations of our group buying business. This process includes 2 major steps and should take a brilliant freelancer approximately 12 hours to complete across 2 weeks.
We will pay $12.50 AUD per hour for the right Freelancer to execute this process. That is $150 for 12 hours worth of work, we plan to run this process every 2 weeks and we are looking for a Business Processing Outsourcing partner to join our team.
You must have excellent communication skills - both written and spoken. You may be required to make/receive phone calls. You WILL be required to communicate with individuals via email so excellent written communication is essential.
The task requirements are:
1st PHASE: IDENTIFY (Duration: 4 hours, $50)
1. Find group buying websites in Australia and identify their fee structure.
2. Find a list of 20 physical products and calculate the estimated margins we can make per product through group buying websites. To identify these margins, find the prices these products are selling for on group buying sites, then get 3 quotes from suppliers / manufacturers from [url removed, login to view] (or similar websites). We will also need the cost structure (fees) that the group buying sites will charge to identify the margins we can make.
3. All emails and communications need to be from our email address that we will supply you. We only work on a drop shipping arrangements so you need to make this clear with the suppliers/manufacturers.
4. Identify the appropriate shipping costs to be incurred.
Based on this information you (which should take you no more than 4 hours over 3-4 days), we will then decide which products we want to pursue with and which products we take to the second phase.
2nd PHASE: EXECUTE (8 hours, $100)
1. Create, launch and manage the campaign on one of the selected group buying sites. We will decide which site and advise you which products to source.
2. Communicate and liaise with suppliers / manufacturers to start making the goods. We will pay suppliers from our own bank account. We will also give you access to an email address you can use.
3. Close the campaign and make sure all purchasers have received their goods.
Again, we plan to run this process every 2 weeks and we are looking for a Business Processing Outsourcing partner to join our team and manage this process for us.
The 1st Phase will be created as a milestone up front ($50).
We will be expecting daily updates from the Freelancer on progress.
