Certified Jira Cloud Specialist for Teams

I’m looking for a Jira Cloud professional who can prove current Atlassian certification— credentials are essential, experience alone won’t be enough this time. My finance-sector product teams are largely non-technical, so the way you configure and present Jira must feel intuitive to business users who don’t live in backlogs and sprints all day. Your key focus areas • Stand up and fine-tune new projects, schemes and boards so each squad has a clean, consistent workspace from day one. • Build the dashboards and reports I need to track, capacity, velocity, request to other teams, portfolio metrics for leadership reviews. • Streamline our existing workflows: simplify statuses, introduce smart automations and eliminate redundant steps so tickets flow without hand-holding. • Create and maintain clear project documentation—step-by-step Confluence pages, whatever makes it stick— so new hires and stakeholders can self-serve answers instead of pinging the PMO. By the end of the engagement I expect: 1. At least two fully configured Jira Cloud projects ready for immediate use. 3. An optimised workflow template that any non-technical product owner can clone in under five minutes. 4. Up-to-date documentation stored in Confluence and linked from each project sidebar.
