We need to implement a project management tool (Monday/Asana/Trello).
At this moment we use an internal tool for task/time management. We will still use that primarily as it is integrated in our ERP. Once we choose the correct management tool, we will use API to integrate both tools. We have integrated our TMS with Slack and it works beautifully.
We are looking for a consultant who will help us setup one of the above (Monday/Asana/Trello) and help the managers/boss to monitor productivity of the team.
We need to know which reports to view and when. We have Samsung Screens all over the office which can then be connected with the software to show overall progress.
Our locations are in Oxford (UK) and Pune (India). The consultant needs to spend around 100 hours on this job, which will be divided over a 6 month period.
Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable with video conferences (should have camera access), should be available for meetings between 9-11 am GMT. Prior experience of 5 + years in project management and relevant certifications.
