Hello I;m interested in joining the team, i'm a Tech PM based in Europe and starting from feasibiity study we can narrow down the highlights and answer what to cover in the discovery phase (exact list of deliverables) when we have the list ready we can also assign a realistic timeline to complete the task and out a buffer of 20% on top to cover the unknowns and timelines can be made either using the past data or with buffers adding on different stages to have a succesfuly delivery. However this is all wage we can discuss the details of the project and than customized the approach also we can discuss the budget this i added just to get the attention :)
