Project Management Documentation Drafting

For the purpose of a project, we need a skillful and experience project manager to draft all the necessary documentation in the framework of the renovation of 5 conference rooms.
For this matter, the awarded freelancer will be in charge of drafting the following documents:
1) Proposed Project Management Approach & Planning which must include at least the following (50 pages):
(a) Project Organization and Management Plan ;
(b) Delivery and Installation Plan
(c) Training Plan
(d) Pre-commissioning and Operational Acceptance Testing Plan
(e) Task, Time, and Resource Schedules
(f) Technical Support Plan (Pre and Post Deployment)
(g) Quality Assurance Plan
(h) List of project deliverables and acceptance criteria
(i) Transition Plan
(j) Roles/Responsibility Matrix for the Supplier & the Purchaser
(k) Integration Plan
(l) Warranty Service Plan
(m) Post-Warranty Service Plan
2) Methodology for control procedures, risk management procedure and quality management method (20 pages)
3) Methodology for Implementation plan and delivery schedule (20 pages)
4) Methodology for stakeholder management (authorities, responsibilities, contacts) (15 pages)
In particular, the project is composed of 3 components:
a) Renovation of the room:
i) Civil Works
ii) Soundproofness of the room
iii) Smart lightning installation
b) Networking:
i) Integrate networking in the room in seamless way
ii) Prepare connection with devices to be installed
iii) Setup networking with existing connection
c) Supply of the Goods:
i) Purchase and shipment of goods
ii) Installation of Goods
iii) Setup of Goods
In addition to the above mentioned documents, the freelancer will have to prepare the WBS of the project as well as the Gantt on Microsoft Project or another PM Software.
