# Partner Coordinator (Remote) We are looking for a structured and reliable Partner Coordinator to help manage our growing network of cleaning partners across Norway. The role is focused on ensuring that every job is assigned, planned, completed, and properly followed up inside our operational system. You will be responsible for monitoring upcoming jobs, coordinating with partners, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. ## Responsibilities * Review new jobs entering the system. * Assign jobs to the correct partner or subcontractor. * Ensure all jobs scheduled within the next 14 days have an assigned partner. * Follow up with partners who have not responded or confirmed assignments. * Reassign jobs when necessary. * Monitor upcoming jobs and ensure they are properly planned. * Follow up on cancellations, changes, and operational issues. * Ensure jobs are completed on the scheduled date. * Ensure completed jobs are marked as finished in the system. * Ensure invoices are sent after completed jobs. * Verify partner costs and job information before invoicing. * Maintain accurate information in the CRM and operational platform. * Monitor partner capacity across Norway. * Identify cities and regions where additional partners are needed. * Inform management when partner coverage is insufficient. * Help improve operational workflows and partner allocation. ## Communication Communication is primarily done through: * WhatsApp * CRM * Operational platform * Email No phone calls are required. ## Requirements * Strong organizational skills. * Comfortable working with CRM and operational systems. * Able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously. * Detail-oriented and proactive. * Able to write fluent Norwegian, as communication with partners, customers and real estate agents is conducted in written Norwegian. * Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks. ## Nice to Have * Experience with scheduling, coordination, administration, operations or customer service. * Experience working with subcontractors, field service operations, logistics or dispatching. * Experience using CRM systems and operational platforms. ## Success Metrics * All jobs within the next 14 days have an assigned partner. * No jobs are delayed due to missing partner assignments. * Partner responses are followed up promptly. * Completed jobs are properly closed and invoiced. * Capacity shortages are identified early. * Management receives clear feedback on where additional partners are needed. * Partner coverage keeps pace with company growth.
